Founding Batch Pre-Order

All current orders are part of our founding batch pre-order. Estimated ship date: September 18, 2026. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates — United States

1 Roller: Standard shipping — flat rate
2 or 3 Rollers: Free standard shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in a future launch.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Contact us at support@leahjames.com with your order number.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind Triple Threat. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or refund. Your 30-day window begins on the date your order is delivered.

How to Request a Return

Email support@leahjames.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days. We do not charge return shipping for defective or incorrect products.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at support@leahjames.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for fulfillment.
